該賓館位置極好，離開木瀆古鎮北大門51米，門口有多路公交車站，著名景點靈巖山就在跟前，還有五號靈巖山地鐵站，交通方便，背靠木瀆古鎮，商鋪林立，吃飯購物極為方便，是旅遊探親出差住宿的好選擇。

房間設施基本齊全，衞生情況良好，周圍環境較好，服務良好，在木瀆古鎮北門旁邊，交通便捷，門口有公交車到蘇州市區、621路東山島、691路西山島。

出行方便，木瀆鎮和靈巖山就在旁邊，地鐵5號線也不遠？

價格太高 設施：太陳舊，浴室太滑，沒任何手拉的地方，不敢洗澡。 衞生：一般般 環境：外出還算方便，上下沒有電梯 服務：一般般 隔音效果不好，房間門與門挨的太近，隔壁敲門總是以為敲我們門，隔壁開關門都聽的清清楚楚，開門就見床，不雅觀。總之住一晚就湊合了。

衞生：整體上還是比較乾淨的，沒有什麼發黴牆體脱落。我自帶了一次性的被套枕套，所以沒有什麼過敏發癢之類的。 服務：阿姨每天會來打掃，我衹叫她倒一下垃圾。 地理位置：我覺得地理位置還行吧，離地鐵比較近走路800m，旁邊還有個靈巖山景區，離木瀆也近。但去平江路、蘇州樂園來回還是有點距離的。 性價比：我覺得性價比高，我是五一期間去的，提前20多天訂的酒店，平江路周邊都太貴了，香雪海也好貴，不是我兩個學生能輕鬆負擔的。在這家賓館兩天500➕，五一期間這個價格還是比較實惠的，而且整體上也算乾淨整潔，衹是沒有電梯，但也就爬兩樓，也不高。
