1. Hygiene: Very poor. The floor was dirty with black stains and was badly damaged. There were fruit cores under the table. The curtains were all black and gray, and as soon as you entered the room you could smell the smell of an old room. The bathroom only had a floor mat and the edges were so fuzzy that it was obvious that it had been used numerous times.
2. Poor security. I checked in on the 27th. I was still drying my body after taking a shower at 9:00 p.m. when a strange man knocked on the door. Luckily I'm a boy, so I yelled at him and he ran away. I can't imagine how scared a woman living alone would be.
3. The sound insulation is poor. There is only a layer of wood between the rooms, but the voices of the couple next door can be heard clearly.
4. The front desk service is good, all questions are answered, and the service attitude is good and positive
5. The facilities are old and there is no electricity when the socket is plugged in. I had to call the front desk and ask the electrician to change the socket.

Advantages: Convenient and cheap, especially for children taking TOEFL and IELTS. The test center is just a 5-minute walk across the street. Eating is also very convenient.
