The room is big enough for 2 pax with 2 big luggages. Room come with tooth paste and tooth brushes, shower gel, towels, paper cups... not mugs. Location of the hotel is good, walking distance to subway station, walking street and some attractions. The lobby is at 1st floor, you won't notice standing outside of the main entrance(G floor), cause there is no sighboard pointing it's the "HOTEL".

酒店乾淨衞生，前台熱情，辦理入住速度很快。酒店就在觀前街裏面，吃飯購物都很方便。去景區都很方便，拙政園博物館獅子林平江路都不遠，散散步都可以走得到。

房間應該還比較新，東西也不錯，早餐也可以，但是還是用紙杯當漱口杯，在五一期間很貴的情況下不合時宜，畢竟花了那麼多錢

入住辦理很順利，安排的房間因環境問題不滿意，總枱馬上就安排調換，很周到，整體環境不錯，服務温馨，早餐品種選擇較少，但很温馨，味道很不錯，謝謝謝謝。
