Hot springs were really nice, surroundings were beautiful, staff was kind. The only thing we think should be improved is breakfast, there were limited options and the pastry wasn’t really fresh.

We came here during Qing Ming Festival, so naturally there were many guests, especially families with children. The facilities here are excellent for children, many activities to keep them occupied. I came as a couple, so I would have preferred a quieter and relaxed atmosphere. Despite that, the hotel itself is beautiful, clean and modern. The rooms are large and with a balcony overlooking the inner garden/lake. We came here to enjoy the Hot Spring bath located next to the hotel. The bath was an outdoor style bath and was beautiful. The buffet dinner and breakfast was excellent, very tasty with a good variety of food. Alcohol was also included in the price, so we thought it was quite a good deal. As for the location, it was quite far from Suzhou station. If coming from Shanghai, I would recommend taking the high speed train to Suzhou Nan station instead. There isn’t too much to do around the hotel but you can walk around Tai lake or rent a bike to explore the area. No shops or restaurants nearby.

Hotel is located on the outskirts of Suzhou, but a perfect location to relax and get away from busy city life. There are nice walks along Taihu and the hot springs are invigorating too. The hotel room was spacious and hotel staff were very quick to help. Room service and breakfast delicious.

It is always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean, great and comfortable. But to me the biggest selling point is the hot springs and the breakfast. Both are amazing

The hotel is beautiful, the staff are friendly. The breakfast was great too. We got upgraded to a room with a hot tub and it was amazing! The size of the room is decent and the facilities in the room are nice. The hot springs area is big and staff are also friendly. We will definitely be going back there in the near future!
