Good location, a few minutes walk from the nearest metro station, and also a few minutes walk from tourist atttractions. Fruits and hot milk provided at night. But the room conditions could be improved. Overall it is reasonably priced given its location and service.

The staffs cant speak English well but very helpful, they upgraded my room. The room very clean, spacious and modern. The hotel is very near Shantang street. Definitely stay again when I come to Suzhou.

This hotel was beyond my expectations, it has a great location near Tang Shan street in old Suzhou, with lots of shopping around, as well as restaurants to choose from. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and has aromatherapy throughout the hotel. In the lobby, the staff is extremely helpful and kind. There is a refrigerated section of free fruits, yogurt, water and other things as well as beer and other things to purchase if you want. The room was amazing, clean, comfortable, and loaded with all the amenities you need…and more! Great stereo system with calming music every time you insert your card and a large projector tv that is also available in English or Chinese. They also offer several extras like aromatherapy foot bath free of charge 24 hours a day! I’ll definitely go back without question.

This was a great find. In a good area of suzhou and they offer very good customer service. I was treated to free food, friendly service from all staff and never went in need of drink. They have some good meals in the hotel restaurant too, of which I recommend the noodles and crab meat. The reception team i cant praise highly enough, one of the nicest hotel teams I’ve ever come across in China so far. Would definitely stay again. I give 5 diamonds, simply for the outstanding friendly service.
