This was my first time visiting Suzhou and I booked a double room. The lady at the front desk was enthusiastic and professional. She upgraded us to a suite for free. My husband and I were very surprised and satisfied. The room is clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is basically enough to satisfy my appetite. The takeout was also delivered to my room. It is very close to the outlet, Suzhou Bay Resort, Suzhou Bay Grand Theater and Museum, and it is very convenient to travel. I recommend everyone to stay here!

Later, because we didn’t check out early, the hotel also mailed us a gift box. It happened that my charger was also left at the hotel. The hotel contacted me quickly. Because the hotel I stayed in for the 4.6 East Taihu Half Marathon was by the East Taihu Lake and opposite the Sasseur Outlet. The air conditioner in the room I stayed in might have a problem. It was getting hotter and hotter in the cooling mode. I couldn't stay here after running the next day. I was glad that I didn't come back too early. It is worth praising that the hotel moved up the breakfast time to 6:30 because of the half marathon. This is worth praising. The front desk receptionist also took the initiative to remind and asked if I was participating in the marathon. The feeling was good, which shows that the hotel was attentive and seized the opportunity to provide good service.

I don't understand why so many ceiling lights in the room are broken. I didn't know when I checked in during the day. I found out at night that the entrance was very dark and all the lights on the TV were broken. Why don't you repair so many broken lights? The entrance is all black walls. This broken light is very disgusting. There is noise at night. I don't know where the current comes from. I didn't sleep well at night. And the cleaner on the second day cleaned my room except the bathroom. The rest was still the same. The bed was not made and the slippers I had worn were left there in a mess. I thought it was not cleaned when I came back at night until I saw the garbage was taken away. It's really weird. First time I've encountered this. The hotel needs to strengthen training.

The scenery is really nice near Taihu Lake. I went there at night and saw the musical fountain. There is one on weekends. There happened to be a fireworks show on the night I checked in, but I was not in the room. I saw it when I came back. The greenery here is good, but it is too far to go anywhere. It takes an hour to take a taxi. I cooked for two days and spent hundreds of dollars on taxis. The front desk guy was good and brought me coffee. I want to say something about breakfast. Why is it that when I went to have breakfast at 8:30, many things were already cold? The dishes were not hot, the corn was not hot, and the sausages were not hot either. This is too bad. Hotels must pay attention to this. The good reviews here are half because of the scenery.

I've stayed here many times when I was on business in Wujiang. It's pretty good.
