We had a lovely time staying here. The room facilities were great, especially the bath. The hotel is quite close to some interesting areas, however bikes or taxis are needed to get around. The selection of bikes was okay. Nothing special.

A very good hotel for families. Lots and lots of amenities and activities to keep children busy. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of offerings. Efficient and friendly staff helped to made our stay a very pleasant experience.

基本可以説是差評，600住這個酒店，不如加兩百住其他的酒店，設施比較久，小童樂園就是圖片上看到的餐廳旁邊很小的一個遊樂園，很舊，不是節假日沒有任何課程，攀巖沒有開，泳池沒有開，沒有送景點門票，什麼都沒有，然後早餐真的太一般了，很普通的麪條加一點東西，這樣的酒店最多三百！好在樓下有家茶餐廳星巴克的餐品可以喝下午茶，入住的水果也還行，前台的服務人員服務態度也很好！但是真的不值這個價！我有五千多個家長，我是不會讓家長踩雷的！

11年前來住過這個酒店，陽台上的小桌凳和樂活KTV影院烘焙留下了深刻的印象。
這次入住先説優點：恰逢二寶生日，入住不久除了送了日常水果點心還附加了一個小蛋糕。服務挺好的。
不足：樂活中心活動雖然豐富，烘焙相比之前有點草率，當日衹有披薩，擀了麪皮撒了芝士水果就完事了。酒店衞生都可圈可點，但是樂活中心的衞生間衹經過就聞到一股臭味。特地看到説明清明期間不開泳池，但實際是有的，沒帶泳衣去玩一下多少有點遺憾

非常不錯的酒店，員工非常熱心，訂單還包括了一餐正餐和早餐，五星酒店廚師燒的菜就是比外面的餐廳燒的好吃。下次還要再去。

房間老舊了，地毯不乾淨，味道有些重，拖鞋一穿就壞了！最讓我失望的事，早上6點左右，隔壁房間的説話聲音太大，影響睡眠！遊樂場孩子還算玩的開心！
