Wonderful hotel! The room was great, the garden was beautiful, the breakfast delicious, and very importantly, the young lady at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. When I return to Suzhou, I will definitely come here again!

A very charming boutique hotel. Clean. Friendly and helpful staffs. The hotel is actually pretty near to Xiangmen metro station if you go from Exit 3 and walk along Cang Street (仓街) until it intersects with HunTang Rd (混堂路), then turn left into HunTang Rd and the hotel is just a few steps away. Unfortunately, we walked in from Pingjiang Rd (平江路) and lost our way! We called the hotel and a girl Xiao Zhang (小张) guided us on WeChat patiently. She is very helpful. Another lady Xiao Fei (小费) also has good service. Breakfast looks presentable with a "bento" set of items, though several items are mainly flour-based. Overall is a nice place worth recommendation as it is near the beautiful ancient water town Pinjiang with lots of IG-worthy scenery and yummy snacks.

This little hotel is so convenient to get to all the best spots in Suzhou - it’s a couple of steps from PingJiang Rd, a few minutes from Xiangmen subway station and a good walk from Suzhou Museum. The room was beautifully warm when we checked in late at night. Breakfast is different every morning with impeccable service - 9 small items, some congee, a yogurt and tea/coffee as you wish. The bathroom is well-equipped with amenities and toiletries (dental kit, shower caps, shampoo/conditioner/body wash). Huge bathtub in the shower room also! Xiao Zhang is an absolute gem, she let us change rooms when we had a small issue with the staircase in our room. All the staff are friendly and helpful if you have questions about Suzhou tourist spots! The tatami mattress is quite solid on the upper floor so please be careful if you have mobility issues. The king bed on the ground floor is fluffy and gives a great sleep. Would love to stay here again and will be recommending friends to book here in the future.

"Perfect location—just 600m from the metro station and 150m from the tourist hotspot, 平江路. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic especially 管家小张. We were warmly welcomed by her during our stay. She greeted us with a big, warm smile, facilitated a quick check-in process, served us a warm tea drink, and even carried our luggage to the room. The air-conditioning was already on upon arrival, with the temperature set perfectly. She attentively addressed all our inquiries and provided excellent recommendations. The breakfast was delightful, with generous portions and great taste."

Highly recommend this place for your stay in Suzhou. It is 5 mins walk fr Ping Jiang Road. Located in a small alley off Ping Jiang and away from the busy street. Our room was on the ground floor in a small courtyard. Surrounding is very pretty. Room is adequate and most importantly it is clean. The hotel staff, especially Xiao Zhang (小张), are very friendly and helpful. We are always greeted by her ready and beautiful smile.

My family and I popped over to Suzhou from Wuxi for the night and I booked this hotel based on the location and tue photos. The location was incredible! Right among the ancient water towns so everything was within a few minutes walk. The room was clean and very pleasant.
