老賓館，位置可以。但設施不太行，衞生間洗澡的地方，下水堵塞，洗澡水下不去，噁心心！人員素質太差，入住時房間提供的衞生紙是濕的，找打掃衞生的阿姨要求提供，先是説沒有，後來居然提供了半捲紙扔在地上叫房客拿去用。住客不想和這種人計較，因為不在一個頻道，懶得理！證明賓館缺少培訓和教育。。

一.好的方面:如果是自駕出行，住的這個位置還不錯，安靜，停車位充足，裏面也能就餐。
二.不好的方面:1.設施太差太差，房間沒有電視也就算了，連個燒水壺和電吹風都沒有。2.淋浴間的噴頭也是壞的，裏面也黑燈瞎火的。涼拖鞋也沒有。這麼熱的天，連澡都沒洗成。3.房間一股黴味，衞生也沒認真打掃，桌上地上之前房客吃剩的巧克力包裝還在，洗漱盆裏麪還有紅色異物，放茶杯的託盤裡麪都發黴了......

在景區價格還是性價比很高的，畢竟啊，價格還在那兒，不高，長者家住住可以的，房間還是挺新的，島上環境還是很好的

前台服務態度很好，幫助客人着想耐心！
賓館是乾淨整潔，看得出曾經德輝煌歷史。個人覺着入住沒問題。對面有自助小餐館，不要去吃餛飩，很貴沒有性價比

同事過去入住的，感覺還不錯，位置比較容易找到，服務人員態度積極主動熱情有禮貌。衞生條件也不錯，床褥乾淨衞生。
