Great location, just a few minutes walk from Pingjiang Road and the metro station. The room is basic but clean

Positives: The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of downtown. Transportation was accessible. The room was very clean, staff helpful and friendly, breakfast was delicious and fresh everyday as well as their hours were comfortable every mornings. Negatives: as a man, a disposable razor for shaving would’ve been nice, the room was a bit smoky every time entering, a public restroom should’ve been accessible by the gym room

Clean and spacious room. Excellent location just opposite Ping Jiang historical site.

Very convenient and good location! Near attractions but away from the crowd. It's around 7 minutes walk to Shuangta Market and right opposite Pingjiang Rd. There's also Starbucks right beside and just a 3 minutes walk away from the nearest metro to visit the rest of Suzhou. The hotel amenities were amazing. Loved that our room had great natural light and blackout curtains when needed, the bed and pillow were super comfortable, and the laundry + gym facilities were clean and user friendly. The drip coffee and tea bags provided in the room were surprisingly good. Front desk and housekeepers were really friendly. Overall a lovely first impression of Suzhou hospitality.

The best location !, close to main attractions in Suzhou

The hotel is located near the 平江路 and is in a very good location. I was very impressed with the environment of the accommodation and the reception service. I would like to use the hotel again on the next occasion.

good location close to Xiangmen subway station and Pingjiang touristic area. The room is new and clean. Breakfast has some western style food. Free fresh coffee and tea in the reception area.

A good location and nice reception

The room is quite good overall, and the space is quite large. I took my child to Suzhou University for an exam, and it was a very convenient hotel choice. It was just a 3-minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast starts at 7 o'clock, so the child can eat well before taking the exam, which is very humane 🌹Su noodles are very good, must be praised 👍 It is also very good to go to other places to play. It is a few steps to the subway entrance, and there are many attractions around. You can walk to them. I will choose to come here next time. I personally recommend it. There is also a small gym and terrace on the 5th floor. It is ok to sit and chat in the evening. There is also a laundry room with dryers and drying area. Basically, the equipment is small but complete 😊
