Atour Hotel Wangting Suzhou

Arrived late at night, Atour checked in very quickly (this is really important when you are so sleepy). The previous group of guests with children in several rooms were checked in at once, and they upgraded us immediately. I give a big thumbs up to the front desk lady! The room was very clean, and when I checked out, they sent me water to drink on the way. I rested during the journey and slept well.

Let me first say the conclusion: If you are not catching a flight, it is not recommended to choose. Atour is expanding too fast, and the quality control is worrying. If it continues like this, it is likely to follow the old path of HIX. The sanitation environment of the hotel elevator is very poor, and there is a peculiar smell. The first time I was given a room at the elevator entrance, I inserted the card to get power after entering, and there was a loud sound from the TV immediately, which scared me... I stayed on a TV series, and the bed had obvious signs of being sat on. I don’t understand how the guest room is made. Later I was upgraded to Jimu (only a small refrigerator with drinks was added).

It's so dirty behind the curtains that you can't look straight at it. If it wasn't too late, I would have changed rooms or hotels. The superior bed is exactly the same as the wooden bed, except that there are three more bottles of water. It's really unnecessary. There's a smell when you enter the room, and it takes half an hour to get better after turning on the air conditioner. Facilities: The facilities are average, and there are no special surprises. Hygiene: The hygiene is very poor. Environment: The double beds are on the roadside, try to choose a high floor. Service: Average

Near the North Taihu Lake in Suzhou, the price/performance ratio is high. There is a large parking lot for free parking. The front desk guy and girl are very enthusiastic. They also made brown sugar water for dysmenorrhea and gave me a warm baby. It's really considerate.
