CitiGO Hotel Downtown Suzhou

Pleasant stay at CitiGo Hotel. Great hospitality and service from all the staff. Breakfast was a surprise, I did not expect a variety of food served as the hotel is not a large scale hotel. Very modern facilities as well, I don't even need to use my plug converter as the room provides internationally friendly plug. Table in the lobby even comes with wireless charging pot. A big bonus is the self service laundry and dryer, with detergent, sanitizer and softener provided. Breakfast ends at 12pm so that we don't have to wake up early, check out time 2pm, supper at night (though I didn't try it as I don't eat pork), free fruits at check out and welcome drink. Unlimited drinking water and complimentary soft drinks provided in the fridge. Oh ya they use robot to send your parcel and food up to your room too. The only cons are the slippery bathroom that could be dangerous to elderly (I travel with my old mom) and a weak hair dryer. Please at least provide anti slippery mat. Overall it is really value for money I will highly recommend to my friends.

Breakfast is good. Lots of options. Also got free super between 10-11 PM. Very close to ping jiang street.

Room is spacious, location is good just opposite pingjiang river. The staff not really impressed but will help if asked them. The night wanton supper was good though. There is washing machine and dryer too.

Hotel is located just right outside Pingjiang road. Convenience store and bus stop just few mins away. Train station is considered far if you have to pull luggage’s if not is walkable distance. Hotel is relatively clean. There are 3 washing machines and dryers available, always in used. Try to use it during wee hours and it’s fine. Overall a pretty good hotel for the price paid

I had a really nice and pleasant stay at CitiGo Hotel Downtown Suzhou. The hotel’s location was ideal. Pingjiang Road was just in front of the hotel which was very convenient. The bedroom was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious, having a large variety of dishes. Additionally, the staff were helpful and nice. I totally recommend this hotel to those travellers wanting to explorer the beautiful city.

Easy access to metro and close to ping jiang road. Cozy hotel room and the free wanton soup very nice.

The hotel is nice. Location is very convenient. PingJiang Road is just across the street. Good room design and the connecting room is great for family. The staff is helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for the lovely souvenirs.
