The common washer dryer was definitely a plus. Lobby has tables and chairs for dining; great for eating takeaways and delivered food.

I had an exceptional 3-night stay here. The hotel service is superb, with special thanks to the hotel receptionist Xu Yi for helping me arrange my trip itinerary and trouble shooting my payment issues professionally. I love the hotel breakfast so much and would highly recommend any hotel guest to give it a try. The surrounding environment is really cute and quiet. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone considering visiting Suzhou.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to its superb location right next to the picturesque Ping Jiang Road. The surrounding river village atmosphere made for a truly memorable experience, perfect for strolling along the canals and soaking in the local charm.
The service was outstanding! The assistant was incredibly attentive to our queries and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their friendly and welcoming attitude made our stay even more enjoyable.
The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Whether you're exploring Suzhou for the first time or returning for another trip, this hotel is an excellent choice for a cozy and convenient stay. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very well located, close to the metro and the many shops and restaurants along the river. The staff did not speak English but was super kind and helpful during my stay. The breakfast was very good. The room was large, clean and very well equipped. The place is a bit expensive compared to other options but the service and facilities are very nice.

This place is perfect for solo traveller as it is at the spot of the water town. Plenty of activities to do, plenty of food to eat and plenty of views to see. Totally recommend this place. Only downside is that the place is not fully sound proof hence might experience some disturbance when other occupants close their doors or move about. All in all a great place to stay.
