I have been choosing this hotel for a long time and I am very satisfied. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic when I arrived. The handsome guy also helped navigate the route. The room was clean and spotless when I entered it, which added to the satisfaction of my trip to Suzhou.

I think the room is quite clean and well-equipped. Especially it is very close to various scenic spots. You can walk to the subway and so on. The soundproofing is okay, not noisy, and the service attitude is good. The lady at the front desk is very gentle.

The room is large in size, more spacious than hotel rooms in the same price range. The decoration is quite new and the sanitation is relatively clean. Although the room faces the street, there is no obvious noise and it is quite quiet at night. We also prepared disposable face towels, which was quite a surprise.
The service is very professional, the handsome guy at the front desk is warm and elegant, and his work is very professional. What's valuable is that after leaving the store, I found that I couldn't find the lipstick. I called the front desk and the little brother was very responsible and helped me contact the cleaning lady to find it. Thank you very much.
