難得在國內找到一處療愈甚是舒服的場所。感覺現在週末沒什麼安排就想驅車來一次水中天，這次在上了瑜伽課後，還認領了適合自己的入睡精油。對於最近睡眠太缺失的自己看看是不是管用。
喜歡這個季節的陽澄湖，白天在度假村感受着久違的寧靜，晚上漫步湖邊。這個週末的療愈之旅就此圓滿了。

之前被朋友安利了好幾次的度假村，終於找到機會來體驗一下。總體來説沒有被價格嚇退啦。單單説價格，將近七千的套餐裏面涵蓋的項目真的是太超值了：1.順便給身體來了個spa。（光這個水療真的就很不便宜了。2.這個套餐裏還包含了身體問診，全方位的瞭解自己的身體狀況。3.一日三餐的私人定製，也順便讓自己在這邊做了一次深入的體檢了。真心安利都市忙碌的打工族，繁忙之餘別忘記了多愛惜自己身體。

怎麼説呢，是衝著這個房間來的，可能因為高房價就對此行有更高的期待和要求。總體感覺沒有很經驗或者值回票價感。首先房費是綁定康養套餐的，攜程上的房費還衹是一個人的體驗，兩個人都要體驗的話還要再加1500。康養套餐裏面，是有三餐，一個身體spa，一個各種洗浴體驗（其實就是東北澡堂子🌝），還有兩份問診，一個是身體上的一個是心靈上的。當然還有一些課程。但我體驗下來覺得，如果是主打療愈，這一套行程時間挺趕的，沒有感覺身體得到的休息（也可能是我自己**量吧，一天做不完這麼多事兒：））
🏠首先從裝修上，整體是以木為主體，因為是主打養生和療愈，所以會放很多水晶凈化。房間基本也都採用純木。因為我們是新婚過來酒店升級了套房，套房裡麪的軟裝和設計還是很好的，很像回家的感覺。但是客廳背後綠色壁紙搞不太懂。
🍠主打康養療愈，因此三餐都是素食，是酒店搭配好的。早餐分量足，午餐很有米其林的味道，包括擺盤都很精緻。
✍🏻️服務的話感覺匹配不上這個房間，錯過課程或者拿到房間吃飯這些要求都是拒絕的。基本上不能定製化服務。要按流程來走。
