Great hotel, good location, would stay again and recommend to others. Next time would request a better room. Bed hard, couch not comfortable and fridge not working. Reported this but wasn't rectified despite being checked. Otherwise all good, thankyou.

The hotel is located in the Dongshahu Neighborhood Center, with convenient parking. There are many places to eat nearby, and we ate at Xinmeihua in the evening. It is very close to the Expo Center and the Olympic Sports Center, which is convenient. The breakfast is good.

I really don't recommend this Suzhou Orange Hotel. I am also a gold card holder of Huazhu Club. I usually don't comment. This time, I went back to the room at 11 o'clock after watching Jacky Cheung's concert. I was sweating and took a shower, but the water was cold. The front desk said that the boiler would not be able to provide hot water until 2 o'clock. I waited until 2:10 and there was no hot water. This was the first time in so many hotels. There are many other details. I give a bad review! I strongly do not recommend old customers of Ctrip to stay here.
