It was a wonderful trip away from the city life. The luscious greenery of the mountains really gives that calm feel. We had the jacuzzi put on in the rain and it was so nice to enjoy the warm water in the cold weather. Staff were amazing and communicated via wechat. Room was clean and tidy and a lot of effort was put in to make our stay memorable. We had an amazing time. Definitely worth a weekend trip to suzhou.

This hotel is located in a scenic area with a great view of the lake. The sunrise greets you in the morning and the drivers take you to where you want to go. Breakfast is buffet style with a mix of eastern and western dishes. My friend and i really enjoyed being surrounded by fall foliage. It's great for taking photos. The rooms were nice as well, a japanese style dining area, an adequately sized bedroom, a balcony, and a bathroom with conjoined tub and shower. Everything was great. Looking forward to my second trip there.

This hotel was beyond breathtaking. The view, the aesthetics, everything was top notch. Great staff and great food. Both breakfast and dinner was delicious. The hotel is extremely far away from city life, so it’s good to bring snacks either way you. It was very peaceful and relaxing.

The hotel is very nice, with easy parking. The front desk, who contacted us on WeChat in advance, provided excellent service and was very attentive, even recommending nearby attractions. The hotel lobby is particularly grand. We booked a Yindai room, which was spacious and had the air conditioning turned on in advance, which was fantastic. The room was clean and tidy, and I especially loved the unique tea set. The room is decorated in a neo-Chinese style, and overall, it's a good value. Breakfast was served a la carte at Ban Shanxi Restaurant. It was quick, the service was excellent, and the environment was very comfortable. There's also a swimming pool, which is great, both indoors and outdoors, and there are some family-friendly activities right outside the door, which is fantastic. I'll definitely stay there again!
