這個酒店給差評，大家千萬要謹慎預訂。原因有四。
1️⃣是酒店衞生情況太差，拖鞋非常骯臟，完全不敢穿。酒店地板看似沒有垃圾, 但是赤腳踩在上面腳底板都是黑的。我們入住的頭一天 枕頭下面有兩根頭髮，我懷疑這個酒店根本不是一客一換。這個價格我們不祈求非常好的設施和服務，但是總得乾淨吧。
2️⃣是酒店沒有電梯，我跟朋友拎着20公斤的大行李箱爬到三樓也沒有幫我們一起抬一下。對於有行李箱的行人非常不方便。
3️⃣是酒店基本沒有任何服務，第二天我們出門去逛街，讓保潔阿姨打掃我們的房間，他説好的。晚上我們回到房間之後，毛巾垃圾桶完全沒有更換。
4️⃣最後一天晚上從天花板上掉了一個蟲子，簡直是這一輩子的噩夢。大家刷到這個評論一定要避雷。

除了馬桶和浴室有點不盡人意之外，去周邊各景點還是很方便的。拙政園平江路蘇州博物館基本上步行都能直達。

這樣的性價比，老闆需檢討下。沒漱口杯，沒有水杯，煲水壺綉跡污垢嚴重，淋浴花灑失修多時，淋浴房推拉門被銹跡污垢粘住推不動，睡覺時身體稍作挪動，牀板吱吱響整晚半夢半醒，最不可接受的是:浴巾、面巾簡直不堪入目，本來純白純棉的，估計有N年歷史了，灰黑色，而且污跡斑斑。連最基本的衞生需求都不能滿足，其實也衹是要求乾淨衞生而已。老闆能繼續營業，真要感謝旅遊景區，放在其他地方民宿，40元一晚都沒人敢住，何況國慶前20天訂的都需11倍價錢。簡直噩夢。

由於不能取消訂單，無奈來這個酒店入住。完全是被圖片騙進來的。這是我們住過最差最差最差的賓館，這怎麼能叫酒店呢！半夜竟然看到了蟑螂爬上床了，嚇得一夜開燈沒敢睡。本來想半夜也不住了，也不過就是150塊錢。但是帶着行李和睡覺的孩子走不動。第二天就去趕飛機，忍了幾個小時，晚上4點多就離開了。寧願大早上趕到無錫機場等着下午航班，也不願意在這家店呆著。臟亂差到了有蟑螂的地步，真是太噁心了，我都好多年沒見過蟑螂了，都害怕行李裏有蟑螂*，一回家就把衣服全用滴露洗了。床單是漏洞的，地板瓷磚牆體是破的，甚至垃圾桶都一層油泥。果然是一分錢一分貨啊！純純的照騙。良心評價，沒有一點假話。

酒店位置好，就在觀前街邊上，交通方便。存在問題是酒店太破舊了，設施壞了不及時修，衞生差，基本上看不到打掃衞生的和服務人員。其實酒店不怕舊，衹要及時維修破損的設施，將衞生打掃乾淨客人也不會計較的！希望這家酒店能夠好起來！！

有史以來入住最差的酒店，説是酒店，還不如説是小旅館，臟差亂，還有蟑螂行走，噁心至極，帶着愉快的心情卻因為入住環境影響後續遊玩行程，強烈建議平台取消該商户上架，避免破壞遊客來蘇州旅遊的美好心情。
