Stunning scenery! Extremely Peaceful, I loved it! Something was wrong with the private hot-spring tub in my room. They didn’t handle it well at first, but we eventually came to an amicable solution. It was a pleasant experience nonetheless. I’d definitely go back just for the scenery.

不行！
兩個字，確實不行，房間還有死蟑螂，説是私湯，根本不能泡！！！有私湯還貴600+但根本無需定私湯，都沒熱水！水超級小，淋雨也小、很容易洗着涼！總之，配不上這價格！房間打掃也不行，牀頭櫃還看到之前人居住的煙頭，也是醉了！

設施：1600+的湯屋套房 根本就是一個零頭都不值 所謂湯屋就是大浴缸 但浴缸感覺很臟 裏面也有灰塵頭髮 而且湯也不是提前放好的 需要和前台報備才能使用 ； 洗澡區域地板翹起不平整 ； 早餐區域 也是地板上牆但漏水泡水發黴 ；房間沒有電話 床頭沒有閲讀燈
衞生：房間有黴味 ； 蜘蛛網🕸️數個
環境：位於植物園內 購買套餐包含門票與燈光秀 但燈光秀 下雨不開 沒有提前告知
服務：服務人員專業度不一 解決問題的能力 與服務意識無法與星級酒店匹配 國營事業單位的綜合服務能力 管理人員缺少市場化與客户為先的管理理念

位置:非常偏，打車到最近的地鐵站都要十二三塊錢，出門一趟很不方便，不適合不帶車出遊
環境:在植物園景區裏，山山水水風景很不錯，可惜住的兩天一直在下雨，沒怎麼玩
設施:進屋以後沒有驚喜感，感覺沒達到心理預期。智能馬桶不錯；有膠囊咖啡機不錯；兩個洗手枱盆不錯；床上睡着還算舒服。但淋浴水流不大，房間裏沒有放行李的架子，房間面積一般，，床頭的牆燈容易撞頭。
早餐:非常失望的一項，不是自助，是店裡端過來一餐盤，沒得選。口味還行。
服務:態度還是不錯的，白天有觀光車隨叫隨到，可以送出大門。
價位:我是攜程直播間裏買的，大床房，明明沒多少客人，就是不給升房，這個價其實不便宜了，我把它當成度假酒店預期了。結果吃早飯的時候其他客人説她是**直播間買的，住的私湯房，比我還要便宜好多，我心裏跟吃了蒼蠅一樣難受！不會再選了。

停車場和酒店需要步行10分鐘左右，接駁車下午4-5點以後就沒有了，而且車僅僅是在植物園裡接送，並不出園，還是需要自己步行幾分鐘的！早餐是半自助的，自助的是白粥和牛奶，豆漿和咖啡，其他都是定量的，具體餐食如圖！服務還可以，談不上主動，但是有需求還是會滿足，衞生情況還行，忽略床底下的一層灰塵！主要是為了晚上看燈會，小朋友還是很喜歡的，白天可以喂喂小動物！

升級帶私湯的房間，真的很大很乾凈，窗外就是湖風景很好，這裡有夜遊活動住一晚真的很值，門票早飯都含了，還有車到門口接送，服務人員也都很熱情，玩好泡個温泉很舒服，建議到植物園玩的可以入住這裏

體驗很棒，下次還會來！
1.環境：住在園區裏面，非常安靜，獨棟一間小屋，有入住林間小屋的寧靜。木質風格也讓人心情平靜。晚上很晚，還可以出來看燈光秀，很愜意。
2.服務：入住時有車來大門接。前台小姐姐很温柔，送的喂寵物的蔬菜，小朋友歡樂的喂香豬和兔子。
3.早餐：精緻搭配，營養好吃。大人小孩都吃撐了。

好評給到服務和環境：週五入住週四有管家主動聯繫，加微信告知停車事宜，車可以停在植物園1號停車場，走出來100米不到就是植物園大門口，管家會開着電瓶車在門口等待，晚上9點入住也回覆挺快的，還給升級了房型，特別驚喜，還有歐舒丹的洗漱備品、雀巢的膠囊咖啡；酒店背靠大陽山，綠植、池塘、點綴着小景緻；酒店的硬件還是不錯的，但是維護得一般，窗户把手壞了，無法關上窗，空調轟轟作響，讓人無法入睡，唉
