I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, the experience was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely kind, ensuring that every detail of our stay was taken care of. As a lovely gesture, they even gifted us complimentary magnets, which was such a thoughtful touch and a great keepsake from our trip.
The room itself was a masterpiece! It was beautifully designed with an artistic flair that made it feel both luxurious and cozy. Every corner of the space was thoughtfully curated, creating a unique and inspiring atmosphere. It was clear that a lot of care and creativity went into the design, making our stay even more memorable.

Very comfortable stay ! Room is huge and clean for the price paid ! Only downside is that if you have large luggages it might be a slight challenge to carry it up the stairs ! But its worth it for the price and quality of the stay

My family absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The whole experience from the front desk to the large and clean room has been super comfortable and the location is perfect for our trip. I recommend this hotel and will come next time

The entire process was fantastic, I arrived earlier and intended to ask for early check in, but it was offered the moment I stepped in the door without asking. Very inviting service even until check out - they shared a gift and it felt so sincere. Would definitely stay here when I’m in town again.

The service was super good! 💯👍🏻don’t worry about bringing big luggages even they don’t have elevator. the staff will immediately carry your luggages without u even asking them. They also help us to book a car to shanghai. About the room, i suggest you to try their biggest room! so spacious, the interior is absolutely stunning with the balcon area which has LED screen. My family and i will definitely come back if we travel again to suzhou!😆❤️

We are very pleased with the excellent service. All the staff were helpful and polite. They helped us do do our laundry and we were so grateful about it. We were happy with the 2 rooms we got, one of them being the family loft room. It has a private roof garden. Though the hotel has no lift, the staff helped us with our baggage. Thank you for the excellent service.
