帶孩子旅遊，位置離地鐵五六分鐘的距離，前台服務愛答不理。我住兩天，早上出去的時候特意囑咐不要進我房間，但是收拾衞生的還是進去了，説給我補給，心是好心，但我不需要，我説過不許進，回來補給我到前台取，主要是給我補給完，屋裡還多出個潮蟲，我簡直接受不了，和經理評理，我要求退五十，他們不同意，那我説就走投訴吧，後來同意退五十我還不幹了呢，已經走投訴了，要求退一整晚的，最後攜程給退了一整晚的房錢，他們之間怎麼解決的就不知道了。因為我不讓保潔進，進來了，還出個潮蟲，而且衞生間的門也壞了，關不上，洗澡崩的外面都是水，我用的自己的床單被罩，她們進來了我認為我的房間已經被污染了，大家想象一下，收拾衞生的人帶着手套收拾衞生，什麼都碰過，想一下碰過我的床單我渾身都起雞皮疙瘩，總之非常不滿意的一次出行。但是要給攜程大大的贊，會幫顧客解決問題，達到滿意。

房間一進去一股很濃的甲醛味！衞生間也是，根本散不掉！而且房間的隔音很差！窗簾也不能完全拉好，早上有光透出來。
床品非常不乾淨！睡的我脖子上全部都是疹子！又紅又癢！脖子上全是！而且房間內估計有蚊蟲，我的腿上手上也全是包，又痛又癢！
洗衣房在一樓，很不方便！
前台服務態度也很一般。

大廳工作人員禮貌有素質，房間衞生可以，所在地方商業街，商超非常多，雖然離古城遠一點，但是住宿無憂，點外賣也很方便，機器人就幫忙拿上來了。周邊不遠就是地鐵口，體驗感佳
