民宿空間很大，有個很別緻的小院，床也很舒服，打掃的也很乾凈，老闆夫婦很熱情 ，我們一行16人，完全能容納，打牌唱K，非常滿意，下次再去還會來。

房間設施還是比較好的，有小米電視機可以看視頻也可以投屏手機。設計也很時尚，空調很給力。老闆娘很熱情，感覺就像是真正的民宿，可以交流聊聊。

房間又大又乾淨，一張雙人床，一張梳化床，適合家庭親子游；
還可以付費使用廚房，價格公道，提供的聚餐環境很好；
大大的院落，關上院子門，大人們在客廳吃飯，小孩子們在院子裏嬉戲玩耍，安全放心。

離光福景區很近～但周邊設施也很方便～開車到獅山附近不遠～老闆和老闆娘經營的，給了住客很大的自由空間，設施齊全，考慮周到～帶倆娃可以住家庭房～

民宿位置對於徒步旅行來説很好，因為就在光福鄧尉山入口處。雖然設施相對有點舊了，但是房間寬敞維護的也還行，洗澡熱水可以維持連續三個人的用水量！早餐是中式的固定搭配套餐，每天種類也會作微調！老闆人很nice，院內可以停四輛車，作為光福景區曾經獲獎的民宿，整體還是推薦的！
