Trapped in travel

The hotel is more of a motel and is located on the 11th floor of an apar**ent building. There is not much signage to show where it is when you arrive. The entrance lobby to the hotel is filthy and smells of incense and the carpet is stained and dirty with ash and seeds. The room itself was ok but on closer inspection we found that the room had not been properly cleaned! There were old chocolate packages in one of the bedside tables and a sealed condom in the other. The toilet had an old ash tray with burnt out incense and a bottle with an unknown substance. And everything had a layer of dust on it. When the AC was on we could smell food being cooked on other floors. The entire stay we did not feel comfortable with getting our room cleaned because the cleaning was obviously not very thorough. There was also a holes where the door lock had been installed which was patched up with tape and the peep hole one the door couldn’t close. Great location but really not worth the money☹️

Guy was rude and disruptive at check in process. Demanded a negative covid test, despite me not visiting any medium risk areas, and this not being displayed on the booking information

There is a large parking lot at the door, check-in was quick, the room was comfortable and the view was nice. The price was moderate for May Day, the room was clean, it was the first choice for staying, satisfied!

The furniture is old and the cleaning is not thorough. There are red socks left by the previous guest by the bed, and there are long hairs on the bed. There are biscuit crumbs on 2 of the 3 chairs in the room.

Environment: There are many commercial centers around, and there is a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient. The hotel is very close to Xinghu Street on Line 1 and the transportation is quite convenient.
Service: The hotel front desk lady is very enthusiastic and the service is very thoughtful. Stay in room 4708, with a wide view, and you can sit by the window at night to enjoy the Jinji Lake Music Fountain. The price is also cheaper than the surrounding hotels. Very good, recommended for business or travel.
