The room staff did not clean the room well. Used mugs are left unwashed. The water drain is clogged badly, showering becomes hard and long. The toilet room smells bad because there are bo exhaust fan. Elevator, corridor, and lobby smells heavily like smoking cigarettes.

Staff barely could speak English, but finally managed. Enjoyed the way through the room without getting to the reception. Room was just fine, quite narrow in the shower/toilet/washing basin area.

酒店乾淨衞生，很好，房間給做了升級，裏面還有飲料，很滿意，小兄弟張先生服務很熱情，附近也有地鐵，用餐，出差或者假日出行都是不錯的，健身房精緻，安靜，衞生也很好，強烈推薦。下次過來還選這家酒店。

1.房間衞生差（如圖所示）；2.報警燈🚨（圖四）突然開始閃嚇了我一跳，打電話到前台説是5分鐘左右會有人來看，電話掛了後出門看了一下正好碰到阿姨在對門打掃衞生，阿姨立即聯繫了工程部的師傅（阿姨是很好的），大概過了5.6分鐘搞定了。阿姨説是特殊房型我可能誤碰了報警裝置（我很肯定自己保持一個狀態刷**十分鐘都不止，如果是之前誤觸了裝置，那這個系統反應時間也太漫長了）。3.事情結束後沒有任何工作人員聯繫我是否需要換房或者安慰，這是最起碼的工作吧（衹是入住後前台聯繫過説是新員工對房型不瞭解所以給錯了房間，説有需求可以打電話到前台，但是並沒有提醒我説裝置等問題）。4.樓上很吵，半夜了還在拖拽什麼（太晚了我當時沒有給前台去電）。

朋友來附近出差，看距離比較近，地鐵，用餐都比較便利，給訂了這裏，朋友轉達一定要給好評，前台的小兄弟張先生幫忙介紹了位置，指引了打車地點，還幫拉了行李，非常不錯的服務！！！

臨時到蘇州出差，千挑萬選最終的選擇，整體體驗非常nice！本人睡眠不怎麼好，但確實當晚睡了個好覺！
衞生：酒店整體感覺很新，衞生沒的説。
服務：整體入住辦理很流暢，很快一點也不墨跡。入住後前台張先生，還貼心的送上入住水果拼盤。這小哥挺帥的！
設施：地理位置很不錯啊，樓下就是地鐵站，下次過來旅遊，還會繼續選擇。

萬豪集團的統一標準，服務很好，乾淨明亮，住着放心。健身房不大但對於出差的人夠用。早餐驚艷，豐富有營養，尤其推薦鮮扎的橙汁和哈密瓜汁，現做的油條吃着放心，點贊。還有免費停車場。很滿意。

女兒週末參加東山馬拉松住一晚。酒店位置非常好，就在地鐵口。開車的話，酒店會提前打電話來詢問然後錄入車牌就可以停在地面停車場。標間很大，非常乾淨。床品和床墊都很好，晚上睡的很舒服。前台很熱情。早餐菜品新鮮，居然有鮮榨的果汁，意外的驚喜。總體性價比很高
