週末出去遊玩的，入住了這個酒店，位置很好，靠近火車站，也靠近景點。附近很多景點來回都很方便。酒店前台接待也很熱情。

地理位置很好，老城區火車站附近（地鐵一站地），去景區都很方便，蘇州打車也便宜。房間大，收拾的比較乾淨，被子枕頭視覺都挺乾淨，房間也沒有異味。分配到的房間設施很舊，皮面都開裂掉皮了，但據説是老酒店，各個屋子都一樣，也就沒看別的。周邊有小飯館，走路10分鐘有大的商場和超市和商超美食街，吃飯。比較方便，來蘇州逛景點可以考慮。

給一星是因為最低衹有一星，不能給零星。大家別被騙了，就是個垃圾。床靠背什麼的都是開的，縫隙裏都灰塵、黴菌，後門和電梯是通的，電梯不用刷卡就能上去，後門外連接的就全是倒閉了的店鋪和沒人住的空小區，而且完全無人監管。這和直接住在馬路上除了一扇不怎麼有用的木門以為沒什麼區別。
前台的態度是好的，但酒店太差，沒有看護的保安什麼都沒有，還是這個價位，真是很糟糕。

周邊環境好，離公交車站和地鐵站比較近，能直達當地的部分景點，周圍也有超市和大商場，前台服務態度好，本來預訂的房間裏有小冰箱，結果沒有，前台很快給我們換了間有冰箱的，房間裏比較老舊，空間很大，對我們這樣喜歡大房間的人來説可以接受，也希望能適當的翻修一下

出門在外最核心的：
一是衞生，很無語！房間老舊破損，地毯都一塊塊的污漬，地毯上還有小垃圾，床下還有整塊的，衞生間頂也起皮了， 燒水壺更不敢動，400+的房價，衞生堪憂，掉坑了。牆不隔音，晚上隔壁電視吵；門不隔音，一大早退房過道人來人往的，各種喊叫生，沒法睡個安穩覺。
二是安全。電梯有梯控，但沒使用，非住客想去哪樓層隨便，樓層還遇到外賣小哥，後門就是個荒涼的商業小區，任何人隨便進出。
帶孩子出門，還是要找家安全、衞生的酒店。

非常感謝貴酒店的前台工作人員。打車司機把我和孩子送到路口，由於深夜了，周邊安靜一片，我沒有找到酒店正門迷路了，這時我撥打了酒店電話，一位年輕的小夥子很熱情的跟我們説，讓我們在原地等待他來找我們，不一會就把我們帶到酒店大堂了，原來司機把我們停在酒店後門了。今早我本想退房時感謝一下這位先生，但他不在，昨晚太晚心急也沒記下這位先生的名字。希望貴酒店能替我轉達我的謝意，我是6/22入住貴酒店1541房的客人。此外，也祝貴酒店生意興隆！
