The room was very big but had a strange smell. Please use a robot to deliver water at the counter. I waited for half an hour and it didn’t come. I called the counter and asked why. The robot couldn’t make calls or talk, so it went up and down the room door twice. I was speechless. If you are angry and don't know how to call, the counter will do it. There is a problem with this management.

It's too hot. I didn't even admit that the air conditioner didn't come on. I turned it on an hour before check-out, and the temperature was obviously different.

28度的天居然沒有冷空調，開了製冷越開越熱，詢問前台給出的答案是天是突然熱的，還沒有製冷系統，真的太搞笑了，居然還有酒店是靠天吃飯的，預訂的時候也沒有提前説明，熱了一夜，真是醉了！😓
