I had a wonderful stay at Atour Hotel Shilu and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Suzhou. The location is exceptionally convenient, just steps away from the Shilu metro station, making it easy to explore major attractions like Shantang Street, Pingjiang Road, and Humble Administrator's Garden.
The hotel itself is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms are spacious, with a cozy yet stylish decor that blends comfort with minimalist elegance. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, offering a truly restful sleep after a long day of sightseeing.
Staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful—even with limited English, they went out of their way to assist. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. I also appreciated the little touches: complimentary tea, a well-stocked reading corner, and even a laundry area for guests.
If you're looking for a high-quality, mid-range hotel in Suzhou with excellent access to public transport and tourist areas, Atour Hotel Shilu is a fantastic choice. I would definitely stay here again!

the staff is friendly. Free to wash your clothes. The location is super good and close to tangbshan jie. Probably just 10 min walks.

温礼 and 丹婷 really took care of me! Exhausted from getting no sleep at my previous hotel, they allowed me to check in just a little early and get a quiet nap before heading to the nearest canals and night festivities. My favorite part of Suzhou so far. The breakfast, though limited options, was done well. The makeup mirror was helpful, and the bathroom soap was my favorite! A little outdated and not spotless, but will definitely stay here again!! It was a bargain for what I got!!

Very nice hotel and spacious. As is cold weather we opened the window however the street is quite noisy in the morning. Only disadvantage but once window closed then is quite ok. Wil stay again if we come again.

Lovely clean hotel in excellent location right by the pedestrian walking street and about 5m from Line 2 metro. We came from Shanghai took a bullet train to Suzhou railway stn and from there another 2 stops on line 2 to this hotel.
Plenty of space in the rooms. Very clean. Laundry on 2nd floor free use.
