房間整潔，乾淨衞生很好，客房服務也非常好。酒店環境不錯，綠植和公共區域也很不錯。
唯一不足的市早餐，早餐的水準是漢庭的水準。非常的簡陋，唯一的葷菜是火腿腸和不知名都丸子。
沒有培根，肉包，餛飩和蒸餃等
西點沒有蛋糕。
五穀雜糧沒有玉米

國慶一家出遊，選擇了聯排別墅，住了真的是很多很多問題：
1、地下的廁所間沒有窗簾，上廁所外面的人能看到；
2、整棟樓蚊子、蟲子特別特別多！！！窗簾上、門窗上都有，而且紗窗很差，無法順滑的開關，而且感覺很久沒人住了，一摸手上都是灰；
3、整棟樓的插頭很少，充個電很不方便，房間沒有牀頭櫃，床邊也沒插頭（唯一有個插頭因為要插電蚊香沒法用）；
4、浴室沒有防滑墊，家裡有長者小孩的洗澡要小心了；
5、所有的毛巾、牙刷不是根據六人的配置來的，要催前台很久才能給你拿來；
6、周邊因為在施工，灰很大，周邊也很偏僻
7、前台的態度也很差，會威脅説登記幾個人給幾份早餐券，全然不顧訂單原定早餐數量的
8、空調運轉的聲音很大，晚上根本睡不好！！隔音也別提了，能聽到隔壁那棟的談話聲

酒店環境很不錯，房間設施比較老派，但很乾凈。升級了3D好眠房，不知道是不是人少，的確挺安靜的。服務很好，我們去爬山的，回來得晚了，給了我們一些額外的時間讓我們收拾整理再退房，很人性化。

酒店性價比很高，設施不算新，但行政雙床房還是挺寬敞舒適的。酒店服務不錯，早餐也很好，特別是蘇式紅湯麪味道很不錯。酒店離旺山徒步線路大概8分鐘車程，也可步行20多分鐘前往。

五一假期過來入住的，親子房，超出預期。
房間設施齊全，衞生狀況不錯，驚喜的是還有遊戲機哦！
早上的自助早餐整體也不錯，中式、西式都有，最喜歡那一碗蘇式紅湯麪。

酒店裡面有個小園林。地下停車場如果能修繕下會更好。
雖然是個11年的酒店，但內部裝修還是很新的，應該最近翻新過。行政房很好，3D易眠的賣點沒get到。

酒店蠻好的，地理位置離旺山風景區很近，窗外就是山景，前台服務態度很好，給了附近名勝遊玩地點的介紹，還幫助送行李到房間。房間衞生做的不錯。床品舒適。早餐豐盛可口，有健身房可以健身。最關鍵是，房間價格非常不錯👍。
