Excellent location as it is within walking distance to metro station, FamilyMart, KFC, and Starbucks. Room was clean and spacious. Fruits were also provided. Breakfast spread was great and had a lot of variety. Highly recommended.

生日當天入住晚上回到房間看到了酒店用心準備的生日賀卡和蛋糕，有被驚喜到，酒店的梳子和拖鞋也很可愛，這家酒店的房間設備設施一流，從舒適的床鋪，到高速無線網絡，每一處細節都展現了高品質的服務與關懷。

很乾凈，裏面設施也挺好的，服務特別好，外賣不能送上來，是機器人送上來，酒店裡的餐廳挺好的，一家4口吃了麪，好吃，這個價位的還送了水果，退房時還送了兩個小禮品，點贊推薦

臨近五一假期才訂的酒店，很多酒店都漲價了，看這家價格還能接受又緊鄰地鐵站就訂了。入住前還有些忐忑，怕太舊了設施太破舊房間反味兒之類，去了以後覺得驚喜還是蠻多的。酒店很多服務細節做的不錯。前台小夥兒給升級了房型，可以住的更高一些。還送了一份早餐，十分意外。可能五一假期的緣故，酒店有一些親子活動，比如套圈，塗色。早餐豐富，就是每天吃的東西比較一樣，多吃幾天會膩。早餐收盤子服務員態度很好也很積極。酒店每天還會送水果，五一期間送的水果比較好。晚上八點之後供應三款夜宵，茶葉蛋，白米粥，銀耳羹，紅豆糊等，熱乎乎的。電梯口還會放些水果。酒店工作人員態度也蠻好，總之還是很滿意的。唯一有些遺憾的，離店之後酒店來電話説我充電頭落下了，問我還要不要，順豐到付，我想不起來是哪款，覺得是慢充頭就算了。結果過了一個多小時打電話來説又發現一根數據線，我説那就跟上午的充電頭一起寄來吧，酒店又説上午充電頭已經處理了，後來回家後才發現落下的是平板原裝充電頭。這是有些遺憾之處，第一是酒店聯繫我的時候主動加個微信發給我照片讓我看下是什麼東西，可能我的決定會不一樣。衹在電話問我要不要，我對應不上實物。第二是如果能全部衞生打掃完之後一起反饋客人，充電頭和充電線就能一起寄給我了，最終是花了快遞費衹有充電線寄回。希望在服務細節上能做的更好。

酒店的服務和配套超讚，我家帶娃初次來蘇州，能遇到這樣温暖貼心的酒店，實在幸運！首先，辦理入住時，酒店就貼心地送小朋友們一人一袋小童洗浴套裝和玩具包，緊鑼密鼓收拾行李時有玩具陪伴，孩子們也新奇不已；其次，房間內配有浴池，可以找前台領泡澡袋，入住時送依雲水和一箱新鮮水果（沒錯，是一箱），房間內礦泉水用完即可再續，退房時也還有退房伴手禮；還有，不得不提的是，自助早餐的高水準！雖然看上去不大面積，但是飯菜炒雞用心，每天早上的淮南牛肉湯都是三碗起算，以我們常年喝洛陽牛肉湯訓練出的口感，酒店的配料足熬製久，沒話説，滿上就對了！最後，一定要提示一下大廳的古吳軒，雖説是酒店與書店聯合展示，產品不多，不過都非常有特色，孩子們在酒店小姐姐的指導下玩套色的印章玩得不亦樂乎，蓋了一整本的套印，寶媽也順手在書店內購入幾本早就想看一直沒時間看的好書，完美！多幸運，在春天的江南，遇到美麗的人們，希望以後有機會還能再去蘇州逛逛，再去書香世家酒店小住，願平安喜樂。

第一次知道胥城大廈還是多年前為了尋找好本地好吃的蘇式麪條，結果卻搜到胥城二樓的奧灶麪，便默默記下了。這次機緣巧合帶孩子蘇州遊，正好住在胥城大廈也算是一種緣分。這家酒店位於老城區繁華地段卻不限行外地車，自駕的話可以停在酒店裡，周邊公交也方便樓下便是地鐵車站，四通八達。下午兩點多辦理入住幫我們升級了房間，還送了水果。不慎弄濕了洗手間地面，客房服務也毫無怨言及時處理，很貼心的服務。房間設施稍顯陳舊，卻使用無虞，温暖舒適親切。晚上和孩子直接到二樓面之府用餐，吃上心心念唸的奧灶麪，真的一口驚艷，湯底濃郁鮮美，不虛此行，連一向挑剔的孩子都讚不絕口，連稱好味，餛飩，湯包（除了稍甜）也在水準之上，服務主動熱情周到，一度讓我們以為要另收服務費，體驗很好，如果給住店客户更多優惠，那還要加分。我們是另外定的酒店早餐，趕上優惠活動，性價比很高，餐食品種豐富，人均才30多，還要啥自行車。在五一旺季這一切都顯得非常難得，孩子在回程高鐵上已經開始和我策劃下一次蘇州之旅，那麼，好吧，胥城，我們不久再會！

踏入酒店園林式大堂，彷彿走進了一幅精緻的山水畫卷，綠意盎然，寧靜而雅緻，每一處細節都流露出對自然與和諧的追求，令人心曠神怡。
設施：雖然有點舊，但是很整潔乾淨，維護的很好
衞生：比較乾淨衞生，清潔到位
環境：交通方便，出門就是地鐵站，附近的麪館也很好吃，屬於市中心地段
服務：服務人員都很熱情友善，五一旺季還有人彈古箏，送伴手禮，還是比較熱情周到的
