The hotel is conveniently located just steps away from the metro exit, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. The room, while compact, is thoughtfully designed to include all the essential amenities, making good use of the space. The hotel staff are warm, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any requests. One minor downside is the housekeeping service, which can be a little slow at times. In my experience, the room was only cleaned after 5 pm, which was later than expected. That said, it didn’t cause any major inconvenience and overall, I had a pleasant stay.

We are very happy to stay here . The staff here all armed very friendly and helpful , they even provide robot to deliver food and our parcel . Next time sure I will choose this hotel .

Basically, everything was in line with expectations and pictures, and there were no problems with hot water and hygiene. The room with window is nice, but not much bigger than a regular Hanting. The location is extremely convenient for transportation, and it is about 10 steps away from the Yangyuxiang subway entrance. But the ancient city of Suzhou is quite deserted at night, and this section of the road is not very lively. After playing outside, we just go straight back to the hotel to sleep.
The biggest drawback is that the shower water pressure is extremely high, so high that it is a bit uncomfortable (a friend said that the shower head of another All Seasons hotel can be adjusted, but this room cannot be adjusted), and the sound of the water is extremely loud, causing people in the next room to take a shower at six or seven in the morning, and the "booming" sound of water in the pipes can directly wake people up.
There are only two sets of washing machines. There is no queue on weekdays, but it may be crowded on weekends and holidays. Moreover, the washing machine requires a mini-program to place an order, which adds to the trouble (has Suzhou, the country's leading tourist city, ever considered foreigners?). The day before, I used the All Seasons in Shanghai without a mobile phone to operate it.
Also, there is no lobby space. If you want to rest after checking out and waiting for the train, there are no seats. (But the restaurant on the first floor can probably be used?)
Although All Seasons is trying to have some tea fragrance, the white tea bag is rubbish. With only 3g, it would be better to put some real fragrant tea...
The staff was very nice and let us check in at 9am when there was a vacant room. grateful.
After checking out, I received a text message on my personal mobile phone asking for a good review. This behavior lacks a sense of boundaries and I hope it won’t happen again.

This stay experience was very good! From the moment we stepped into the hotel, the front desk staff welcomed us warmly and the check-in process was quick and considerate.
