Hotel staff very nice and helpful. From staff in 1st floor for booking taxi, 4th floor counter as well the cleaners.

great location, the staff was kind and.efficient, but the.gym and.swiming pool are downgraded, the.sauna wasn't work properly, the changing area and lookers room.quite tight and not.that clean.

I stay in this hotel for my business trip, location is superb and easy access to all public transport and shopping mall. Highly recommend and will come back again :-)

Located at the Xinghai square in SIP, it's a perfect spot to stay if visit Suzhou for business or leisure.
The hotel itself has aged and could need some renovation. Some of the staff is extremely helpful and very caring about all your needs, esp. the concierges Henry and Mark!

Friendly Staff and easy check in. Room was clean and spacious with nice bathroom. Swimming pool very nice.
Time your breakfast run carefully as it gets very busy are certain times.

The location is the best thing of the hotel. Closer than mall, Starbucks, pharmacy etc. The swimming pool is strong point because is always warm.
I have sure that I will stay here in the next time

Location is perfect. Jinji lake. Shopping mall with eateries and million shops, metro station, all in walking distance. Room was spacious. Bed was a bit soft for me, heating/AC worked well, amenities were fine. We tried the swimming pool, view was nice from the 27th floor. There was a weird noise, every 8-10 minutes a bang on the wall coming from above in the middle of the night for 1-2 hours. I guess we were just not lucky with those neighbors...
