Yinlu Tongli House

The room is very good, very suitable for living in summer. It is cooler when you go into the old house, and it is very quiet at night~ Their toiletries are pretty good, they're made in Italy. The most unacceptable thing is that there is no smart toilet. The toilet is already cold and gloomy, and only those who know how to sit on it know how to do it. I don’t understand why there is no smart toilet in a house with floor heating. The service was good and we were dropped off at the parking lot when we finally left. The breakfast is similar to most B&Bs, all in a 9-grid format. The afternoon tea was a little different from what I imagined, with snacks similar to those in a teahouse, which fits the quaint look of the room. Overall it's OK, but my mother doesn't like old houses, haha~

The hotel exceeded expectations and the staff were very friendly. This trip was a bit tight, I hope I can stay longer next time. It is recommended to stay two nights at a time. The breakfast was great and the decor (remodel) was perfect. There will definitely be a next time. The only regret is that cars are prohibited in the ancient town. Friends who drive by themselves need to walk 5-10 minutes to the hotel, but the staff will help with pick-up and drop-off.

It is quiet in a bustling city. The overall design retains the profound elegance of Jiangnan folk houses while incorporating modern design. The living experience is very good. The courtyard design is also grand and elegant in a relatively exquisite space. The design of the bed and the choice of bedding make the whole sleep feel very wrapped, and I sleep very well. Finally, I would like to give special praise to the service. The young man and the young lady were very nice, warm and thoughtful, with good conversation and temperament. The tea room felt good and the tea table was elegantly decorated. The surprises brought by Yinlu are far greater than those brought by Tongli.

It's worth the trip. The service is very sincere and makes people feel very warm. It's suitable to stay for two more days.

I would like to especially praise the two young staff members at the front desk. When I parked, I accidentally found the wrong place and drove into a narrow alley and couldn't get out. The two hotel staff members arrived in time and patiently directed me to reverse with the nearby residents. I was really moved - Suzhou is beautiful, and the people are even more beautiful; Yinlu Hotel not only has an elegant environment and good hardware, but also first-class staff service👍
