我們一行5人在麗呈別院住了三晚。感受到了酒店人員的熱情服務。初次去蘇州，不太知道旅遊的線路，當向酒店的人員詢問時，她們熱情的告訴我們旅遊景點的最佳線路和好吃的美食。我們節省了好多時間，沒有走冤枉路，而且吃到了蘇州的美食小吃。麗呈別院地理位置好，去拙政園，蘇州博物館，觀前街都很方便。酒店乾淨，衞生好

酒店地理位置極好，步行10分鐘就到閶門、北碼頭，山塘街。
外地藍牌小汽車，蘇州核心區域限行，不過有“理由”的話（比如住宿）、可以在蘇州交警官網申請臨時通行證。最後一張圖。
酒店為民國風，有個小花園也很雅緻。房間設施簡約但非常乾淨，服務也很好非常熱情。就是早餐有點簡單，但口味不錯，手工小餛燉非常好吃😋

非常好的酒店：一，地理位置好，離山塘街，石路街走路五分鐘，周邊商業設施齊全方便，鬧中取靜；二，飯店硬件好，有自己的獨立院落，還有園林景觀。歷史悠久，有文化底藴，安全整潔乾淨，隔音也非常好，非常安靜。三，服務熱情周到，前台服務員主動為我進行了房間升級，房間打掃、補充用品及時，礦泉水保證供應。對了，還有機器人為房間單獨送物品，非常可愛。這個飯店絕對物超所值，非常滿意。下次來蘇州一定還要住這裏，希望不要漲價😀

酒店位置很好，距離山塘街藝圃北碼頭都很近。出門的西中市各種好吃的。停車非常方便，車位也多。退房時遺落了東西，打掃客房發現後電話聯繫了我幫忙寄回。
房間的硬件水平也很好，空調和水量都給力。床墊枕頭也是我喜歡的軟硬度。
大院裏的小園林很別緻，幾棟洋樓也各有特色。本身就是一個袖珍景觀。

房間明亮寬敞，衞生做的也很乾凈。酒店是中式風格，窗外的景色很雅緻，拍照很出片。酒店在院子內，是獨棟的，所以很安靜，晚上睡的也很舒適。酒店還有下午茶提供，味道也不錯。下次還會來！

謝謝貴店擺設般的空調製熱，30℃的設温仍然能讓人感受沒有開空調一樣的涼爽，被子衹是不如我的衣服厚，能在週末出遊的期間體驗許久未曾的發燒，這一切都要歸功於酒店。還有廁所門記得修一下，連關都關不了，是不是又是擺設了。

網絡很差、手機連Wi-Fi微信都加載不出來、我們看電視需要充值八元、第二天在看電視一直無信號、差不多折騰一個小時才打開電視網絡、收拾房間的阿姨、清掃工作不到位？垃圾不丟、喝過的水也不收走、我特意和垃圾放在一起了裏面丟了一些臟東西，個別店員很傲慢、也不知道店長為什麼不管事
