首先衞生很差。服務態度也不好。
剛入住當天就説打掃過的但是床上桌子上都是頭髮，申請換房的時候酒店那邊的管理人員還很兇，服務態度很差完全不承認他們的衞生情況。
其次，酒店房間隔音很差，安保完全沒有。酒店房間那一層可以隨便到達。
在入住期間本來續住了要在這個酒店住4天晚上的，但是住的第一天晚上體驗就很差，酒店隔音超級差，晚上很晚的時候還能聽到外面的開關門聲，隔壁四周傳來的説話聲，小孩的哭聲。晚上還有往屋裡塞黃色小卡片的。這一方面説明這個酒店設施不好，還説明酒店的安保很差，管理欠缺，隨便什麼人都可以隨便進出酒店到達酒店房間。
該酒店表面上看起來有好幾層樓，實際上衹有兩層，一層是大廳，二樓就是酒店住所，外面非酒店入住的人員通過一樓前台大廳不用出示房卡或者其他證明自己為酒店入住人員的證件隨便就可以進出酒店到達酒店二樓房間。
最後，酒店售後服務很差，原本預訂四天晚上的入住。因為入住體驗很差，第二天晚上凌晨十二點多被吵的睡不了覺，當時聯繫攜程就像退房不住了商量之後衹好先暫時住了這天晚上第二天一早就退房了。
酒店方面對我造成的困擾和不便以及資金損失沒有一點補償和方案，衹説對不起造成了不便，但是對於我來説我白白花費了兩天晚上的入住費用完全沒得到很好的休息，晚上睡覺還要擔驚受怕。退房後臨時找酒店的麻煩酒店也沒有一點歉意和補償。
以上是我自己親自入住本酒店以後評價，各位如果選擇酒店這個酒店打咩，相同價位建議找個別的酒店，沒必要花錢給自己找氣受，既休息不好安全也得不到保障，衞生條件還不好，沒必要來外地辦事住酒店還要給自己額外找個麻煩！！！

設備老舊，不是很乾凈，點個外賣還要自己下樓拿，有行李要跑好遠去坐電梯，不方便，要的有窗的房型，窗子60公分寬。感覺價格與所有都不符合

整體感受挺不好的，因為在學校附近吧，真的不值這個價格。真的顛覆了我想象，是我目前住下來麗楓最最差的一家！首先沒有電梯，上二樓相當於要走3層樓的樓梯，行李還要自己搬。牆角有垃圾，浴室牆上有長頭髮，馬桶居然會噗呲噗呲反氣泡，下水道聲音很響，餐巾紙抽了幾張就沒了，也沒補給。窗户隔音很差。總之，不會去第二次！

因為經常來回蘇大，所以周邊的酒店也都住過都還行，但是這裏實在是沒法給好評了。
建立在價格是五百多的基礎上，我先説一個差評的地方，首先是我洗完澡洗完頭之後，才發現房間裏除了一個浴室掛着一個墊腳防滑巾以外，連個擦臉毛巾，浴巾都沒有👍🏻找了幾圈確定沒有，我無語了，我也不能光着屁股讓人送毛巾吧？我就開空調風乾了。
第二個差評，別的房間空調外機掛我房間窗户外面響一夜也就算了，窗户鎖壞了關不住不知道嗎？我用礦泉水瓶卡着還是關不嚴實，空調聲音相當於沒關窗户傳進來一夜我也是服了。
第三個差評，隔音到底有多差呢，隔壁的倆大哥凌晨一點多還打開房間自帶的音響而且調的估計最大聲，放了半個多小時，凌晨兩點半説話放電視我聽的一清二楚👍🏻聽到隔壁大哥三點多睡着開空調，開的就是我窗户旁邊的
我反正是一夜沒睡着，五百多躺了一夜，躺到早上六點臨走看前台大哥躺着在睡覺，我都沒忍心叫醒他要停車券，自己掏了15塊給停車場師傅。仁義盡致了。花錢來睡覺的，覺都睡不了，我給什麼好評。
