房間牆壁被砸了個洞。地板一灘黑色的不知道什麼東西 浴室有蒼蠅 鏡子臟的 衞生間出水很小很小 牆壁臟兮兮的 熱水還出的慢 入住晚懶得換了 非常差勁 300的都比這個好 不會來了 早飯48/位 沒什麼吃的 就是麪包 混沌 雪菜麪 不值這個價

設施：陳舊 浴室地板磚都鬆動了 床墊上的保護墊居然比床墊小好多？這是四星級？
衞生：堪憂 還有蜘蛛網和死蒼蠅 潮濕的要命
環境：還是可以的 舊手機不維護
服務：沒啥服務 晚上到了 服務員態度極其敷衍
總結：蘇州之行最差的酒店，而且費用高 性價比極低 家人們長點心可別去 有圖有真相

真是差，衞生間有小蟲子，沙發椅子都有印記，衹好鋪上浴巾坐。。。空調給力，別的一概不行

房間打掃的不乾淨，衞生間有三四根頭髮。卧具有異味，好像沒有換洗。酒店的佈局像迷宮一樣，每次都找不到房間。性價比不高。唯一值得肯定的是，早餐還不錯，不油膩，餛飩好吃。
