本來訂的是漢庭酒店，結果先看見這個酒店，立馬退了改這家，改的太正確了，房子很大，設施齊全，乾淨整潔，而且特別安靜，隔音效果超好，還有早餐，早餐品種多樣，推薦入住，以後有機會再來還會住這，滿意

How to even start… We booked a “lake view” room, but was told there are construction going on so no more lake view. Matter of fact is, that “lake” direction faces the high speed rail train track even when not having construction. We felt if there were any changes to the hotel living condition, there should be proper communication to the potential guests. Front desk took a long time to even find our booking. We were “upgraded” to a “quiet” corner room (facing the main street leading to the train station) that stinks of cigarette smoke smell. Even towels in the room have cigarette stench. Do not be fooled by the 5 star reviews, we were curious to look through the reviews again since the experience is the worst of our current China trip. Apparently, the hotel will “ask” (someone used the word forced) the check-out guest to leave 5 star reviews. Save yourself the unhappiness and choose another hotel.
And we have a ‘unplug fridge “ in the room !? Seriously?! This is called “ungraded room”?!
Felt short changed and felt hotel is not very honest .
Will avoid this hotel at all cost !

Hotel is located 5mins walk away from railway station. But the area is very dark after 11pm, no restaurants nearby for supper, and the hotel lobby will also off all its lights at certain timing, making it more dark. Toilet door is faulty, we can't close the door. Only thing good is got full body mirror

位置：出了高鐵站步行5分鐘，位置很好，和亞朵酒店緊挨着。
衞生：洗浴用品都很乾凈，衹是洗浴間有一點味道，估計是潮濕悶的味。要刷刷牆角了。
設施：淋浴水有點小，髮量多的女生還真是要洗很久，地漏下水不利，會積水，這是我唯一不滿意的地方。房間有小冰箱，飲品免費喝。大夏天的，房間有小冰箱簡直太爽了，想要冰涼一點，把櫃子門打開，散熱好製冷。我把水也放裏面冰的。
服務：整體服務都很好呀！服務彬彬有禮，清掃服務員會在我出去之後打掃乾淨，並給我插了取電卡，開着空調，等我辦完事情回去，好涼快，很開心呀！早餐的餛飩也很不錯！
環境：整個酒店除了自己房間，都很熱呢，電梯裏，走廊裏，都沒有空調。
總之：整體不錯的！很滿意，房間大！
