The lady at the front desk is very welcoming, the room is large, and all the facilities are very complete. Overall, I still trust the quality of Hanting and Huazhu. The hotel is closer to Hehuadang Line 5, about 600m away

前台的美女帥哥每次看到客人都會點頭問好，很禮貌。選的是窗户朝向大街的房間，雙層玻璃隔音好，房間的床單被罩很乾凈，衞生間噴頭好用，水温也合適。很喜歡酒店的早餐，營養又健康。附近的交通也方便，葑門橫街就在酒店對面，在蘇州3天就去了兩趟😀😀😀

我是蘇大學生，幫家人來蘇州訂的酒店，主要是國慶旅行，家人出行期間對這個酒店的服務讚不絕口，前台小姐姐也非常細緻周到，推薦了更加划算的含早餐、有窗户的套餐。酒店的廁所設計比較獨特，是一個弧形結構，很不錯。最重要的是服務態度和意識都很好，和家人在一起玩的很開心。住了2天，兩個不同的前台小姐姐，服務質量一點沒變，説明服務好不是個例，出酒店出去玩，前台小姐姐還會給你塞幾瓶水喝，服務衹能説是非常周到詳盡了。對了，他們的早餐也很好吃，雞蛋非常新鮮，蒸餃、蛋炒飯的味道也很好吃！家人走之前讓我必須給個好評，因為體驗感確實棒！以後同學來旅遊我也會推薦的！

房間非常小，窗户假的不通風，過道窗户，最主要11點到洗澡衣服脱了水龍頭壞的，一開噴一臉水！修了半天也不給換房間！態度極差！由於第二天要帶孩子玩約好時間了！要不跟他們理論沒完！看下圖就知道了！500多一晚上就這體驗……無語😓

衞生間卧室床鋪都挺乾淨沒有異味，通風采光都挺好，窗簾隔光也很棒。沒人打擾，晚上還算安靜。周邊地鐵公交都比較方便，老街也很近，總體不錯。

離蘇大超級近，附近有商圈，附近不好停車，就是停路邊邊，收費還行，早餐還行，環境還行，略簡陋，對得起這個價格，服務態度挺好的，我們升級房間還送了早餐

房間很不錯也很乾凈，但是我是一個人去住的，首先那個空調在凌晨五點的時候自己關了我不知道怎麼回事，其次就是隔音，凌晨五點有人的咳嗽聲把我嚇得半死，就也不知道是走廊不隔音還是房間不隔，但是對於我一個人來説很恐怖
