酒店位於太湖邊上，適合自駕游出行，房間設施比較老，家庭房比較實惠，酒店的整體環境不錯，可以近距離欣賞湖邊風景。

非常老舊破的一家酒店，服務員感覺完全是國企大鍋飯的那種態度，就是不會失業你的要求我愛理不理。床頭連充電插座都沒有，USB充電就更別想了。衹好去前台借個插頭🔌，被告知沒有。沒法充電衹能硬着頭皮付費借個充電寶。房間陳舊，淋浴房積水嚴重。訂了除套房以外的最好的湖景房，完全對不起這個價格，陽台拉門重的沒力氣的打不開。景色一般。非常一般。失望ing。絕不會住第二次。完全是有背景的三產。

環境確實不錯，畢竟是以前的療養院…… 服務一般吧，像國營老店的樣子！早餐是有的，品種還行滿足温飽問題，周邊基本沒什麼餐飲場所，想喝點小酒的要找代駕！

位置偏僻了點，但庭院靠太湖，很雅緻，晚上和日出時最美，凈化心靈。設施感覺得出年代感，不少牆壁插座都脱落了，有安全隱患的。由於行程改變，退了一天房間，退款還需要審批，這種流程實在有點效率低下。

環境很好酒店裡麪小橋流水很暇意坐在臨湖喝喝下午茶不錯的選擇地裏位置安靜，小鎮上有一家麪館很不錯，面面俱到一個字好。

入住那天前台小姐姐服務態度很好，耐心細緻，我們運氣很好升級了湖景房，度假村感覺基本是單位組織的團遊，氛圍可以、酒店就在太湖邊，觀日出好地方，可惜我們住的二天都下雨．酒店服務員基本服務態度都很好，沒給5分主要是花園周邊出口等再弄得好一點就更好了。去西山的話會再去入住。

衞生間馬桶安裝有問題，所以馬桶會返臭，住在裏面感覺會怎樣？衹有你去住了才能體會到，房間裏空氣的味道。還説是上海總工會的療養院。丟人！
