The staff are friendly and my check-in went quickly. The hotel gave us a tray of fruits delivered by the robot. Pretty cool! The location is close to the metro and the mall where we found the Pizza Hut and a Starbucks. We took a taxi to the Humble Administrator's Garden for a reasonable fare. Breakfast was excellent. Our room was big and clean. There was glass doors separating the toilet and shower from the sink, and that gives nice privacy.

Fabulous! We had a great family stay. Very professional service, helpful staff. Very clean, huge size rooms, amazing views over Suzhou. Office desk, big TV, large shower room. Attention to detail. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with the housekeeping staff during my stay. Housekeeper 仲桂兰 was professional, friendly, and always made sure my room was spotless. Every day, she went above and beyond to ensure everything was in perfect order, from fresh towels to neatly arranged items. Her attention to detail and dedication truly made my stay m桂ore comfortable and enjoyable. Great job!

We had a great experience with the Hampton hotel back in the States a while ago. This one didn’t disappoint us at all.
After check in, we were welcomed by a robot, which carried a plate of fresh fruits to our room. We basically just followed it for the direction. Yes, the robot can take the elevator by itself. The room we stayed was spacious and clean. The water pressure was as good as the U.S. counterparts.
The breakfast was surprisingly tasty with the combination of East and West foods. After returning from the breakfast, we were surprised that the housekeeper had done her job even though we didn’t turn on the request light.

Not super central located for tourists, but convenient enough with metro and bus stations just next to the hotel. 👍Super friendly staff, especially the ladies at reception. Nice breakfast. Got a upgrade when check-in.

Overall a very good experience. Hotel is very close to subway station. We received a free upgrade. There are supermarkets and Japanese and Chinese restaurants nearby too.
