介紹説是12平米，實際上衹有4平米左右，嚴重不符合描述！
可以看圖，長2米左右，寬不到2米。
下面的都空着，給安排3樓，實際上是3樓上面的一個懸空改的，衹能説操作比較離譜。

賓館的位置比較好，靠近汽車南站，交通很方便。周邊有很多餐飲和服務設定。房間裝修還可以，該有的物品都有。

房間挺好的，在蘇州算是性價比非常高的旅館了，老闆人也特別好，房間特別乾淨，可以免費寄存行李。在附近其他家也住過，遠遠比不上這家。下次去蘇州還會再來的。

老闆人很好，房間乾淨無異味，而且性價比超高不到90元就能住一晚還帶獨衞，適合學生黨。 周圍有很多便利店和餐館，吃飯買東西很方便
