旅店環境臟，差，當時去看了環境差有擔心找不到房間，所以想去別的地方看看，沒走幾分鐘七點半給我打電話問我要不要留房間，我讓就留半小時店家不同意，我也能理解當時是五一，我就電話裏説不同意那就幫我取消吧，當時的時間也在取消時間範圍，結果店家沒給我取消，我當時也在電話裏告知讓它取消，當時也在着急找酒店，誰知道九點四十多店家給我打電話我也沒接，我想當時也讓它取消了，我也找到住的酒店了，我那時候我才想起來在手機平台上取消訂單，那個時候店家拒絕我取消，也過了取消時間，請問大家這個算是誰的過錯，有這個錢多加點住酒店了，住這種小旅店沒性價比

這個價位住過的最差的旅店，要啥沒啥，僅有的幾個也是壞的壞，偷工減料。環境佈置像工地的工棚，隔音效果也趨近於0。我不明白這是怎麼需要幾百塊錢的。
