1.地毯很臟，牆邊多處有臟污
2.住房品質差，隔音差，整晚光是關門聲就不知道嚇醒幾次
3.服務效率差，前台ㄧ位服務人員，要顧前顧後，多有服務不全地方，人力配置相當差
這是我住過最差的酒店，連一般連鎖酒店都比不上！

一家人來蘇州旅遊 訂錯房型了老闆免費給我們升級了房間 服務態度很好 房間很大 很舒適 有專用停車場 樓下吃飯方便 金雞湖就在旁邊 吃完飯一家人散散步還是挺悠哉的 整體不錯👌

裝修還可以，房間空間也挺大的。門牌都沒有，找了半天才知道具體位置的。房間裏面的燈好幾個都不亮
房間很大 衞生間也很大 就是是淋浴房太小 總的來説 性價比很高

酒店衞生很差勁 衞生間馬桶居然還有未打掃的面紙
並且床鋪上還有頭髮 讓人很膈應
設施也很老 很多設施都是損壞或半損壞狀態
服務不點評 因為懶得麻煩所以沒有過多交流
