圖好像刪掉了，簡述一下吧，正常這個價位酒店的水平，挺小的，就是位置太偏了，本來是想去旁邊那個蘇州樂園才訂的這裏，但是到了一看感覺樂園挺小的而且看起來很有年代感就沒去，周圍就一個小商場，沒啥東西可玩

住的還是比較舒服 衞生 安靜 免費停車 樓下商業比較成熟 位置很好找 關鍵是住的安靜 沒有任何吵鬧聲音 下次來還真住這裏！

基本很少去評價一個酒店！一年大概250多天住酒店
但這次真刷新三觀！首先 我晚上零晨3點半入住！入住權益明明能升級房型（酒店也有空餘的）辦理入住時問能不能升級房型 酒店説不行 我説我有這個權益 酒店也明確表示 那怕你加價也不行！我當時震驚了 就想着不升就不升吧！剛進房間準備洗漱 一看 洗漱用品連牙刷都不配！打了前台5次電話才接！才送上來！到中午！12點47分！接到前台電話説必須退房！我又一次震驚了！什麼叫強制退房阿！我可以住到兩點的阿！態度很不好的説 反正就是酒店規定！我説我衹能差評和平台反饋！！！電話那邊也一臉無所謂的説 那你差評吧！我真的無語！！！

位置很好，距離靈巖山景區和木瀆景區很近，酒店附近配套齊全長住的話也很方便，乾淨衞生，下午的陽光很不錯，很舒服。

前台接待的服務意識差，服務態度極差，我朋友喝多了給他開個房間住一晚我朋友給那前台報手機號報了5遍她才記住，我朋友報第二遍的時候我就記住了，我們做為住客都沒跟她一個女的計較什麼，居然罵我和我朋友***，不知道這樣的經濟型連鎖酒店是怎麼培訓員工的。極度失望，以後不會選擇這個品牌的酒店了

大側滑窗户不能鎖。窗外就是行人。不溝通不打電話，就私自搬我們房間東西。從一個房間竄到另一個房間。剃頭刀丟了。沒辦法剪頭。真是無語。至少應該有的禮貌。而且住宿有電話號。為什麼私自搬東西。

離靈巖山景區直線距離800多米，周邊交通方便，有超市，遊樂場所，停車2小時內免費，周邊大小飯店比較多，
