Crystal Orange Hotel (Suzhou Jinji Lake International Expo Center) Reviews

Not a bad hotel for business trip, the rooms are small but clean. Unfortunately, during my visit the air conditioner only worked for heating and it was very hot in the room, even you open the windows. Breakfast is in the hotel lobby area, the tables are uncomfortable for my opinion and there are usually a lot of people during breakfast. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The main advantage of the hotel is its location, 15 minutes from the International expo center and 20 minutes from the really beautiful Jinji Lake embankment, I highly recommend to visit this lake.

Very good, this is my 2nd times stay here, first is 4 years aho. They renovate and it look good than before. Pillow and bed is comfortable. Staff help a lot good place for stay.

Excellent service, clean and well put together. The staff is quite helpful. The breakfast has a small selection of foods, but everything is quite clean and tastes good.

The location is perfect with a subway station right outside the door. We had amazing service, especially from Lauren who was fantastic! The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Will definitely be returning.

It's hygienic and clean. Especially the front desk staff are very enthusiastic and thoughtful. The receptionist Xiaoxue is great and patiently answers questions in detail. Thank you everyone. We will stay at the Orange Crystal Hotel again. It's great.

The service in the hotel is good. I upgraded the room type for free. The charger I brought with me when I went out was broken. I provided a charger for free. I also delayed check-out for free. The waiters were warm and thoughtful. The coffee candies in the welcome candies were delicious😋On the way home, I called to remind them of the charging cable. I left it behind (it was broken so I didn’t take it with me), a warm and satisfying journey.

When I came to watch the concert, there was a subway station at the door. It was very convenient to go to the Olympic Sports Center. It only took two stops to transfer and then another two stops to get there. The decoration is slightly worn, but there are still thoughtful details. There are dams in the bathroom and shower room, and the floor towel will not be pushed away when opening the door. The pillows and mattresses are quite comfortable. The curtains are automatic and have good light blocking. The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of fried vegetarian dishes. The service was excellent.

When I encountered some problems, the manager communicated in time and the room price was discounted. I didn’t want to leave a bad review, but I found that the manager deleted my Huazhu Club order by applying for a refund of the room fee. He was afraid that I would give a bad review. Made me very angry 😡. Half an hour after checking in, while the children were sleeping, the cleaning lady broke into the door and yelled about why someone was staying there. She didn't leave in time, so she stayed in the room and called the front desk. The same thing. I slept until 1 o'clock in the middle of the night, all the lights in the room including the TV were on, it was a fire! I would like to give you some advice. The hotel facilities are old, the beds are small, and the breakfast is so-so!

Qiuqiu at the front desk has a good service attitude. It's very comfortable to stay in the hotel. Things you need can be delivered in time. It's also very convenient to buy things. There is a supermarket next door, and the subway station and bus station are at the door. I will stay in this hotel next time.

The facilities and equipment are old, the telephone is broken, the air conditioner has been ticking all night, there are no iodine band-aids, and the license plate I registered when I left the hotel was not removed. Worst experience ever!

The 3rd floor is under renovation and you can check in. When the elevator door opens, there is a huge smell. The room is very small, and the window opens to a wall, which doesn't match the price of more than 600...
