來考試定了漢庭，一如既往令人滿意，所有的員工服務都很棒，超五星級服務態度，超級nice。房間安靜，床鋪舒適，睡了個好覺，下次還來，一定要是旅遊來，好好享受（˵¯͒〰¯͒˵）

一路從南京杭州遊玩過來住的都是漢庭，價位基本相同，這家漢庭是最讓人無語的一家，到處都是坑！！
首先是辦入住 晚上來了之後告知預約的大床房在隔壁樓無電梯需要自己抗行李上去。實在不舒服不想搬問能不能換成這邊樓的告訴我們需要加錢這邊是雙床房也同意了。然後就説辦卡划算要不要辦卡也同意了。
直到當天晚上親眼目睹前台和另一些辦入住的（也是被告知在另一棟，那些人問能不能升房型）説我們這邊給您不能升房型的今天沒有空餘房了才知道一切都是為了讓客户加錢辦卡....説什麼沒有房，其實很多空房給錢就升了.....不給錢就出門左轉爬樓....格局比你們酒店房間還小.....
再講講房間。説是2020裝修的，實際上看着和十年前裝的一樣，難道滿二十減十？進門就是純樸無美縫的廁所小板磚帶你感受多年前的污垢，轉身就是小小的洗手池和古老的座機吹風。床墊和牀板就像我和貴酒店的服務理念一樣彼此不合，輕輕坐一下就歪了牀板撞了我很多次。躺下看電視更是不可能因為太小太破太老，不過優點是在你旅遊的時候可以帶人回味曾經艱苦的時光.....
希望你們以後可以發佈真實的訊息。（真心的，不是來找茬，想過要退掉但是貴酒店過了預訂日期中午12點就不能退了）

酒店的早餐很好吃，打掃衛生的阿姨也很熱情很善良。隔壁沒有什麼噪音，隔音應該還挺好的，下次到附近玩還會再來的。

位置好找，三香路出地鐵走幾分鐘就到。房間衞生挺好，工作人員態度和藹可親，熱心，提供幫助。附近有幾家傳統蘇州麪的飯店，還有很多本地人排隊買的大肉包。

酒店位置離地鐵口很近，過個馬路就是。我定的是雙床房A在北側家屬區裏，需要走樓梯上樓，介意的話預訂之前問好酒店。房間在樓梯口，衞生不錯，但是房間裏多少會反味兒，白天都在外邊看風景。

房間整潔乾淨，衞生也很好，離地鐵站很近，早餐品種豐富味道可口非常贊，洗衣烘乾也挺方便的，就是住在3樓沒有電梯有點小麻煩，後期能加裝電梯就更好啦！

挑了好幾家酒店，才選中的這一家，剛進店，店員就送了蘇州特產小扇子，超級好看！！！辦理入住的時候，還給了兩張房卡！！！一張可以放屋裡，保證空調一直開着！！！這個真的超級貼心！！！期間出去玩，保潔阿姨還幫我們收了一下屋子（我們讓的），沈阿姨超級細心！！！退房的時候因為還想在躺會（當時已經12點啦），前台小姐姐還幫我們延長了退房時間，所有的員工都超級客氣，態度超級好！！！退房後還寄存了行李，因為我們要出去happy，哈哈哈哈哈，期間還接到的酒店的電話，因為我們不小心落下了戒指，下次和男朋友來蘇州，直接鎖定這家酒店，哈哈哈哈，提一嘴，早飯也非常可！！！ 種類真的比其他酒店多！還好吃😋（附帶男朋友的大戒指）

房間很整潔，特別乾淨，設施也很新，住的超舒服，床頭甚至還有一本書！！！感覺很有氛圍！！！酒店前台也超好，在我們離開時意想不到還送了小禮物，很滿意這次住宿，但是酒店忘記拍了😭😭😭不然高低來幾張照片
