Booked here because it was near Tiger Hill Scenic Area. Hotel seems to be undergoing maintenance when I stayed. You take the #1 bus about a 3 minute walk away which would take you to Tiger Hill, the nearest metro, or to central Suzhou. Great room, breakfast was OK. Main thing to consider is that there aren't any essential stores/groceries/convenience stores nearby, so be sure you can order for delivery or stack up on supplies before you check in.

The hotel is neat and nicely designed. Love the room. My room has a window facing the garden located in the middle of the building. The window is kept open but has mosquito net on it, making the air flow in the room good. The breakfast is simple, not special but good enough. The only thing is that the hotel is not close to public transport, but online taxi (didi) is affordable in China, so not really a big deal.

The room is very big and bed is comfortable. Easy access with public bus. No convenient stores nearby and food choices are very limited around the hotel. But we have no problem ordering food delivery via Meituan. Smoke smell if passing by the room corridor as guests are allowed smoking in the room. The water in the shower area cannot be discharged into the sewer.

Very good hotel. Nice and clean rooms. Only downside is that it is a bit far away from some of the sights with public transport.

Pros: Excellent hotel. Value for money. Great service. Walking distance to Tiger Hill. Across the street there is a nice restaurant, Xiang Shi. There is a Buddhist temple nearby.
Con: No cafe or mall within walking distance but hotel had free nice coffee by machine.

Of all the hotels I’ve stayed at, this is my favorite. The room was clean, spacious, well designed, and had everything a traveler might need. The staff, both at the hotel and restaurant, were kind and a joy to interact with despite my limited speaking abilities. It has been over a month since my stay- I still think of this hotel. I highly recommend it

Excellent experience, was given an upgraded room and it was amazing, everything is handled exquisitely well. Even communication could have been problematic due to a language gap, but the staff were patient and very welcoming. Extremely clean, careful and well thought out

The services were good. The room is quite big where we can open 3 big luggage. However, the hotel is a bit far from the attractions such as 平江路 & 山塘街. Overall satisfied with the stay in the hotel.
