Pros - Very friendly people who were really smiley and helpful. Beautiful view right beside the water. Easily walkable to many places.
Cons - the mattress is quite thin and hard. Also, my room was really near the reception area so I could hear people talking and laughing early in the morning.
That said, the friendliness and location is fantastic and in my opinion make up for everything else.

Such a cute guesthouse. The room was spacious and clean. It can be controled with AI. There is beautiful river view. Staff were very helpful. You can add them on wechat and text wherever needed. Location is convenient. There is tea, water, soft drinks and little sweets. I will definitely come back.

出去旅遊住過最温馨的民宿，非常滿意，每天房間收拾乾乾淨淨，有一種回家感覺，老闆十分熱情。房間外就是古運河，景色十分優美，去平江路，拙政園，虎丘，七裏塘景區都很近，打車起步價。非常方便，推薦一下晚上一定的夜遊古運河，太美了，物有所值。連住三天有點樂不思蜀感覺。下次再來蘇州一定還會住雲水民宿。在一次感謝老闆，使我們這次旅行留下美好的記憶。謝謝！

蘇州旅遊期間最滿意的一次住宿，工作人員的服務態度非常好，房間很乾凈衞生，沒有異味，跟酒店上傳的宣傳圖片是一致的，還能從窗外看到非常漂亮的風景，還配上一個可以喝茶的座位，看風景看投屏都行，十分愜意。酒店還有免費的電動車租賃，也能洗衣烘乾，衣食住行各方面都很好很好啊啊啊啊啊，簡直十分理想！

露台真的很絕，外面就是河，在這坐着喝茶水風景超級好！！酒店設施和房間內都特別乾淨，大屏投影看着也爽，拖鞋還是厚底的，穿着洗澡方便。床墊不是很軟的那種，我爸爸這種腰不好的人能睡！
酒店服務態度也很好！！特別熱心腸，給我們推薦的飯館都特別好吃，還有車送我們。
