其他沒什麼問題。最嚴重的問題就是零食櫃裏的小香腸過期了十天了，退房前問了店內服務員怎麼回事，給出的答覆居然是前一天晚上服務員自己發現了零食過期。想問為什麼服務員發現零食過期後並沒有提醒我們，而是等我們發現了問題去問服務員？是賭我們不會吃小零食還是什麼原因？我們同行的兩人誤食了過期零食，萬一出了狀況你們準備怎麼處理呢？

大床房房間很大，酒店很安全，閑雜人等進不來，飲料零食也很豐富，價格實惠，機械臂很好用，網絡速度也是很快的，位置十分不錯，下次我還要住這！老闆的服務態度也非常的不錯！

酒店主打的就是電競主題，作為新店開業，8有些地方需要改善。但是對我來説，整體的體驗感覺很好，電腦配置很高是rtx4060，內存最大的硬盤是15TB。對於電競來説綽綽有餘，64平的空間，整屋不會感覺煩悶，洗澡於廁所分開在兩邊，不用擔心有異味亂竄。酒店環境很安靜。同時離東方之門就1公里多一點。但是周圍卻沒有人羣的嘈雜聲，舒適性直接拉滿。
店長代客熱心，為人老實正直。
如果有想入住酒店的客人記得要走到宏海大廈裏面，要用宏海大廈的電梯才能上去。酒店位置在35樓。或者直接打電話給酒店，店長二話不説就會下來接你。別問為什麼我知道，因為我就是這樣住到酒店的。☺️☺️☺️

非常滿意的一次體驗，房間乾淨，電腦流暢，網速超快，外設都是全新的一塵不染，地理位置也超棒，離金雞湖和蘇州中心大褲衩特別近，周圍都是商場，前台小哥服務也特別熱情周到，下次還會來玩

很棒，電競設備是全新的。無線鼠標，顯示屏300hz帶機械臂，很適合打FPS遊戲，洗衣機很乾凈，零食也很豐富。如果有機會下次還會來，在周圍性價比非常高。
