When checking in, Xiao Chen helped me to check in by myself very quickly without waiting. The first mate knew that I was very sleepy after catching the plane, so he prepared a cup of coffee for me intimately, and also introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding attractions in detail, which made me look forward to this trip. 每次回吳江都住凱萊，賓至如歸的熱情服務，乾淨整潔的客房，還有地道的蘇式早餐，每次入住有種回家的感覺！

房間還可以，出門就是沿太湖步道，視野不錯，早飯不錯，衞生間大，分區清楚。衣服遺留在房間，打了電話寄給我，順豐到付。 缺點是沿太湖步道羣眾們白天唱戲，晚上唱歌。非常吵鬧。

酒店服務人員態度非常好，辦理入住時前台服務員小金很熱情的給送了好喝的咖啡。酒店地理位置優越，早餐也很豐盛，房間內設施非常齊全，乾淨整潔，生活用品一應俱全，住的很滿意。
