入住整體還好。臨去高鐵站前一支需要冷藏的葯物忘記在冰箱裏，趕緊和酒店前台溝通好了，三分鐘我就返回了酒店，和前台唐姓男士又説一遍，然後就一直讓我稍等！啊！！！五分鐘後沒有任何反映，我又催，告訴唐姓男士，要趕火車，再催一下。結果，他居然才讓旁邊一名女士上樓去取，説剛才樓上可能沒人響應！然後，竟然又等了五分鐘才拿下了！！！我想知道你們酒店的員工上崗前有培訓過嗎？就這處理事情的能力和節奏？？？我從前沒有給任何一家攜程酒店差評過。這次不能忍了，我家人還在生病，在大堂外還忍痛等待。咱們都要換位思考，你們這樣的服務合格嗎？

新開酒店值得入住，火車站下一站就到。地鐵離酒店很近。好消息上來有電梯上來，不好消息就是上來一半的電梯壞了，要自己上台階。下去全部都是走樓梯。酒店很乾凈，環境很好，比較新酒店。服務也不錯。也沒見大家説服務差，地理位置優越去哪都方便，重點這裏好點到好吃的外賣！缺點希望洗衣機多點，暑假來蘇州每天都是在濕身中。含有早餐都起不來去吃，這裏的早餐十點就結束了，記得哦。下次來蘇州還想住這裏方便，睡覺也安靜。
