Four Points by Sheraton Suzhou Gusu

Although the hotel has just opened, you can no longer smell the renovations. I upgraded to a superior twin room. The room was large and new. The home-brewed beer was very good. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The self-service laundry was very convenient. My friend was not feeling well, so the staff specially allowed me to check out late until 2 o'clock. The service was very considerate.

The Four Points by Sheraton Suzhou advertised a superior king-size room with a city view, but the windows were blocked and I couldn't see the city view at all. This is false advertising. I've asked the hotel to address this issue multiple times, but they haven't. Their service attitude is terrible, and they threatened me with no compensation if I complained. They're completely disregarding the Consumer Protection Law!

This is a very standard 4-star hotel, very clean. Within 200 meters of the hotel are two subway stations, Line 2 and Line 6. Line 2 goes to North Station, Shantang Street, Lingering Garden, and Xiyuan Temple. Line 6 goes to Humble Administrator's Garden, Suzhou Museum, Lion Grove Garden, and Guanqian Street. The hotel has a good breakfast, robot delivery for takeout, and free fruit tea in the lobby. The hotel service was excellent, and the chair in the room was very comfortable. There's a safe and a wall-mounted charging port, which can be quickly charged with a cable or without a plug.

The room was very spacious and well-equipped for a family of three, with a large enough bed. The location is excellent, just over 100 meters from the subway station, making it very convenient for commuting. Wanda Plaza is also nearby.

The hotel is very close to Suzhou Station, and the transportation is very convenient. It is just at the exit of Pinghe Road on Line 6. The service at the front desk is very good, especially Ann Ding. I am sensitive to smells, and there is still a little decoration smell in the room (after all, it is a newly opened hotel), and an air purifier was immediately arranged. The breakfast is also quite rich, with both Chinese and Western food. What is more surprising is that there is also a self-service laundry room, which is indeed much more convenient for traveling with children. I will choose to stay next time👍

It's a 5-minute walk from the subway entrance, and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so you don't have to go out for shopping at night, making it very friendly to lazy people. The front desk check-in was quick, and they even gave me a paper map when I asked about nearby attractions. I called for a charger at night, and it was delivered promptly. The front desk staff were also amazing and very patient. There was also free fruit tea in the lobby. It was awesome! I'll definitely choose this hotel next time I'm in Suzhou! 🌹🌹🌹🌹
